Make a complaint 

We know things don’t always go right. If you’re unhappy with our services, we want to hear from you so we can put things right as quickly as possible.

When you contact us, we review the information first to understand what’s happened. This initial review helps us decide whether your issue should be handled as a complaint under our formal complaints process. If it is, we will let you know and your complaint timescales will begin from that point.
